Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may submit a request related to your Personal Information. You may also submit a request on behalf of your minor child. Please note that we are not required to respond to your requests "to know" or access specific pieces of Personal Information more than twice in any 12-month period.
Your request must:
- Provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we
collected Personal Information or an authorized representative, which may include:
- For non-sensitive information with a low risk of harm: Matching at least two data points you provide with information we hold.
- For sensitive information with a high risk of harm: Matching at least three pieces of Personal Information you provide with Personal Information we hold.
- A signed declaration under penalty of perjury from you stating that you are the consumer whose Personal Information is the subject of the request Where applicable, we will use the requested information for verification purposes only.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
An authorized agent may initiate a request on your behalf using the submission methods described above. An authorized agent will need to demonstrate that you have authorized them to act on your behalf, unless you have provided the agent with power of attorney in accordance with California probate law. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us or directly confirm with us that you provided the agent with permission to submit the request on your behalf.

Our Response and Its Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, up to forty-five (45) additional days (or ninety (90) days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. Specifically, unless permitted by law, we will not:
